Unfortunately most of these changes result in a cheaper product. Like the possible new bladder scanner which none of us can seem to get correct measurements on or the new nasal cannulas that easily twist and poke patients in the nose. Which encourages usage of a different, probably more expensive product so that he may be comfortable his entire stay with nasal prongs that don't bother & poke his nose! The complaint of hard, nasty peanut butter tonight which is now Heinz instead of Smuckers. The small box of rock hard, abrasive toilet paper (aka Kleenex). The list could go on and on!
